HR Advisor (HR Administrator / Data Entry)
Location: Reading (Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite per week)
Job Description
* Provide HR administrative support and act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries via HR systems, email, and phone.
* Perform accurate and timely data entry and updates within HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
* Maintain HR records, documentation, and trackers in line with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
* Support HR operations and transactional activities including reporting, case management, and process improvements.
* Assist employees and managers with HR systems and self-service tools, ensuring smooth usage and issue resolution.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient HR services, supporting ongoing projects and workload demands.
