Join our Reactive Repairs team as a Labourer/ Driver, where you’ll play a key role in predominately supporting our Multi Skilled roofers and keeping our properties safe, secure, and maintained for customers. This is a full time, permanent role based in Swansea, working across our West Wales properties.

Overview
What are the pay and benefits?
* The salary for this role is £26,208 for a 40 hour full time permanent position
* Work Van and fuel card
* 26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays, rising to 30 days with length of service
* Working days are predominately Monday to Friday days or you can work compressed hours on a 9 day fortnight.
* It is essential for the successful candidate to have a full drivers licence
* Base is Swansea in South Wales- covering properties across the West.
* The successful candidate will need a basic DBS check in place, which we pay for.

Where does the role fit in?
This is a hands-on role where you’ll support our Multi Skilled Engineers on reactive maintenance jobs helping to fix issues as they arise in our tenants’ homes.
You’ll
* Predominately work alongside Multi Skilled Engineers with roofing and labouring tasks on site.
* Assist with groundwork, fencing, and slabbing
* Collect and deliver materials and supplies from suppliers like Jewsons
* Fit key safes to enable secure access to properties
* Ensure materials are on site and ready, helping the wider team work efficiently
You'll be a key part of a close knit team that values reliability, professionalism, and doing the right thing for our customers.
What skills and experience do you need?
* A full UK driving licence – essential
* Someone physically fit and ready for varied tasks in all weathers
* Ideally, experience in roofing support or general property maintenance
* Comfortable managing materials and logistics
* A team player with a professional and positive approach
* Experience in social housing is helpful but not essential
