About Our Client
This client is a large organisation in the Manufacturing and Production industry who have a strong presence in the Leicester area. This is a medium team looking for a HR Administrator who can start work straight away and is able to commute to LE4.
Job Description
3. Managing and organising HR-related documents and employee records.
4. Assisting with recruitment processes, including arranging interviews and liaising with candidates.
5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
6. Supporting the HR department in implementing HR policies and procedures.
7. Coordinating training and development activities for staff.
8. Managing HR-related queries from employees and management.
9. Assisting with the preparation of HR reports.
10. Supporting the HR team in any additional duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
11. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
12. Experience in HR department of Manufacturing and Production industry
13. Immediately available
14. Able to commute to LE4
15. Experience as a HR Administrator
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
17. Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
18. The ability to work effectively in a team.
19. A proactive approach to problem-solving.
20. A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
