A successful candidate must have a demonstrable pipeline of leads and great business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and placing top IT talent.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Key Requirements:
• Proven track record as contract recruitment consultant in IT.
• Must have Strong business development skills and established client base.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a driven, results-oriented approach
