Sales Executive
Location: Camberley
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in winning new business, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.
What you’ll be doing:
* Building and maintaining trusted relationships with existing customers, ensuring you maximise opportunities.
* Growing share of wallet within your accounts through tailored business plans.
* Using data and insights to develop strategies that boost customer turnover and hit sales targets.
* Driving new business growth through proactive prospecting, pipelines, and telesales activity.
* Delivering engaging sales campaigns, promotions, and offers to build customer loyalty.
* Retaining existing customers by monitoring low-activity accounts and re-engaging them.
* Planning and executing a structured call schedule to ensure effective account coverage.
* Achieving and exceeding your individual sales targets while contributing to team goals.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in Sales, New Business, or Account Management.
* Experience within FMCG or food-related industries (desirable, not essential).
* A natural ability to sell, influence, and build rapport.
* Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
* Resilience, self-motivation, and determination to succeed.
* Excellent time management skills to prioritise and maximise efficiency.
