What You'll Be Doing
* Sourcing suitable candidates
* Screening candidates and conducting telephone interviews
* Scheduling and conducting face-to-face interviews
* Reviewing applications and ensuring compliance
* Assisting applicants with documentation and onboarding
* Following our compliance processes
* Booking successful candidates into training
What We're Looking For
* Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or customer service
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience using applicant tracking systems
* A confident and professional telephone manner
* A keen eye for attention to detail and a calm, patient approach
* A team player who genuinely enjoys connecting with people
* Valid Driving Licence (preferred) as you will be required to attend our Eastbourne and Gatwick branches monthly

* Up to GBP27,300 per year
* 37.5 hour workweek
