<div><h3>About the Role</h3><p>Senior Marketing Executive responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and campaign plans for international trade exhibitions and conferences. Use traditional and innovative marketing techniques to attract visitors, delegates, exhibitors, sponsors and press.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Contribute to all aspects of marketing activities and communicate clear promotional messages.</li><li>Create and issue promotional electronic newsletters and effective email campaigns.</li><li>Maintain and update event websites, apply SEO knowledge and recommend ways to enhance user journey.</li><li>Manage PPC campaigns – review results and make recommendations.</li><li>Utilise and manage digital tools (i.e. App, survey tool) to enhance campaigns.</li><li>Manage the exhibitor promotional campaign and contribute to campaign strategy.</li><li>Lead copy writing, design and production of delegate marketing materials, and emails.</li><li>Become an expert in Salesforce – identify marketing opportunities and utilise data.</li><li>Marketing administration including proof reading, delivering advertising copy, responding to enquiries, monitoring competitor activity etc.</li><li>Negotiate barter details with appropriate media partners and associations.</li><li>Liaise with external suppliers (incl. PR companies, designers, online providers, data houses, registration companies, printers, photographers, mailing houses).</li><li>Support the implementation of research projects to review customer satisfaction and identify portfolio developments.</li><li>Provide onsite support to ensure the smooth running of marketing related activity (i.e. registration, press office, research, placement of branding and materials; sales stand).</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Experience</h3><p>1–2 years experience. Strong copy writing skills, HTML proficiency and experience using databases and creating targeted direct marketing campaigns.</p><h3>Compensation</h3><p>Rates depend on experience and client requirements.</p></div>
