The Role – Site Manager As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a residential construction project in Tralee. You will oversee site operations from groundworks through to completion, ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in managing subcontractors, coordinating trades, and maintaining programme targets while ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
