Role: Labourer
Location: Great Chesterford
Contract type: Temporary (Full time)
Duration: Ongoing
Start date: ASAP
Pay rate: £16.25 per hour.

The company:
A well established regional contractor who specialises in new build residential with a focus on high end finishes.
The role:
As the site Labourer you will be responsible for assisting with site clearance, moving materials, cleaning various areas including finished houses for handover and assisting traders where needed.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
(i) Grinding paint of steel using an angle grinder (supplied)
(ii) Wire brushing the same
(iii) Winding the handle on a Genie Lift
(iv) Physically moving steels
(v) Holding steels in position whilst they are welded (welding will be >2.5m away)
(vi) Installing nuts & bolts (typically 8 - 16 no. per day
(vii) Moving building materials to suit deliveries & work-flow
About you:
Ideally you will have previous working experience in a labouring position....
