Responsibilities
* Managing HR administration including contracts, employment changes, DBS checks, occupational health referrals, and HR system updates.
* Monitoring and managing HR ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution of queries.
* Supporting HR advisory activity, including guidance on attendance, wellbeing, recruitment, and employee relations matters.
* Drafting clear and professional HR correspondence and documentation for both formal and informal casework.
* Assisting with the coordination of client training and preparation of materials.
* Contributing to webinars, blogs, and marketing content to support service growth.
* Supporting project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
* Strong experience in office-based administration (HR exposure desirable).
* A good understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
* Experience drafting professional HR documentation and correspondence.
* Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
* CIPD qualification (or working towards one) – desirable.
