Location: UK-wide (site-based, Monday to Friday)

What You’ll Be Doing
As Site Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our on-site operations. You’ll oversee remediation and groundworks, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll be responsible for:
• Leading site teams and supervising all works
• Managing health & safety, quality assurance, and productivity
• Organising labour, materials, and plant
• Running daily briefings, toolbox talks, and inductions
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress
• Living away Monday to Friday on active project site
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone with strong leadership skills, technical know-how, and a proactive attitude. You’ll need:
• Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) background
• SMSTS certification
• Black CSCS Card – Management & Professionals
• EUSR Water Hygiene
• Temporary Works Coordinator
• Full 3-day First Aid
Bonus points for:
• Confined Space certification (City & Guilds 6160-09)
• CPCS Appointed Person (A61)
