Full training and support will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Proactively attract candidates through a range of methods, including targeted campaigns, social media, online advertising and candidate sourcingPosting adverts across a range of platformsManaging recruitment activity within a defined geographical region, understanding local requirements and adapting attraction methods to meet hiring needsDeveloping attraction plans in areas with specific recruitment challengesEnsuring a smooth and engaging candidate journey from initial application through to outcomeCreating talent pools and building candidate networks for future vacanciesBuilding local relationships with job centres and other relevant community-based organisationsSupporting internal stakeholders with recruitment guidance and best practice when requiredUsing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure records are updated accurately and in real timeAttending job fairs and recruitment eventsRequirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsConfident using systems and Microsoft Office applicationsComfortable speaking to candidates over the phone in a busy, fast-paced environmentOrganised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesA positive, proactive and team-focused attitudeConfident building relationships with a variety of stakeholdersPrevious recruitment experience is beneficial but not essentialWe would especially love to hear from candidates with experience in high-volume environments such as call centres, customer service, hospitality, retail, sales support, or administration, as many of these skills transfer well into recruitment.Apply Now!Passion for positively shaping lives is just as important to us as your experience.
