Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities
* Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
* Perform general site maintenance and cleaning duties.
* Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively.
* Operate basic machinery and tools as required, adhering to safety protocols.
* Support skilled tradespeople in their work by providing assistance as needed.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety regulations.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning discussions.
Experience
* Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and supervisors.
* Willingness to undertake training for specific tasks or equipment operation as required.
