As Catering Manager, you will lead our Catering Team in providing healthy and inviting meals for the people we support. This is an exciting opportunity to use your cooking skills to make a real difference every day.

About The Role
Our Catering Managers cook delicious and nourishing meals for people with a range of dietary requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day running of the kitchen, preparing, cooking, and serving food, understanding people's needs to develop suitable menus, ensuring food hygiene standards, maintaining records, controlling stock and purchases within budget, and leading the Catering Team with training and support.
You will put people at the heart of everything you do. We guarantee great rewards for your contributions. If you haven't worked in the care sector before, we will support you with induction, buddy, and ongoing training programs.

About You
Above all, you align with our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success, and teamwork. You are a cook with a flair for creating delicious and nutritious meals for varied dietary requirements, creative in menu development, an excellent team player, experienced in managing a catering budget, adaptable, flexible, and possess excellent communication skills.
We prefer our Catering Managers to have or be working towards a Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification. Previous experience in a similar managerial catering or kitchen role is essential.
