My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Pay & Reward Manager on a Contract basis. The Pay and Reward Manager is responsible for leading the organisation's pay, reward, and payroll framework, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives, workforce sustainability, and financial governance. What's on offer: Salary: £500 per day, Inside IR35 *negotiable based on experience *please submit your CV with the rate you require Hybrid working Contract type: Contract Monday - Friday About the role: Based in Greater London (Hybrid): Lead the review, development, and maintenance of local pay and reward frameworks, ensuring alignment with NJC arrangements Develop and maintain pay structures and paylines to ensure competitiveness with local authorities Lead detailed analysis of pay and reward using internal and external data to assess competitiveness, affordability, and equal pay risks Lead continuous improvement initiatives across payroll and pay-related processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and resilience About you: You will have the following experiences: Extensive experience in a similar role Significant experience within a UK Local Authority in a senior pay, reward, or payroll role Extensive knowledge of NJC pay, terms, and conditions and their application Local Authority experience is essential How to apply Once your CV is received, if you are successful you will be contacted.
