Site Manager / Assistant Project Manager – Prime Residential Guildford, Surrey£45k-£60k + packageWe’re supporting a respected main contractor delivering the redevelopment of a private country estate in the Guildford area. The client has a solid pipeline of high value projects prime residential projects on the same estate, with individual single dwelling projects ranging from £3m–£10m.This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, ambitious Site Manager (or an ASM ready to step up) to join a growing team and progress their career over the long term.The ProjectA major country estate development running for the next few years, starting with a £4m build cost main house before moving into further buildings and estate wide works.The RoleYou’ll be the “boots on the ground” ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
