You'll play a crucial role in guiding prospective clients through the initial stages of the customer journey, understanding their needs, clearly explaining services, and securing their commitment to move forward.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with people who've made an enquiry via the website or by phone
2. Ask the right questions to fully understand individual client needs and circumstances
3. Communicate clearly and professionally about the services available and how they can help
4. Send timely, accurate and persuasive follow-up communication via email or letter
