HR Manager
Salary: £45,000–£50,000
Location: Tewkesbury (Onsite, Full-Time)
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Manager to lead and deliver effective HR operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the HR function, drive best practice, and support a growing business.
What You’ll Do
* Act as a trusted HR partner, aligning people strategy with business objectives.
* Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, and succession planning.
* Oversee employee relations, compliance, and wellbeing initiatives.
* Embed a high-performance culture through clear KPIs and appraisal processes.
* Deliver HR dashboards and insights to inform decision-making.
* Support change management and cultural transformation projects.
What We’re Looking For
* CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience).
* Proven HR management experience, ideally in manufacturing or engineering.
* Knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
