Personal Assistant to the Group CEO & Group Director of Corporate Services

Choice is seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to provide high-level, confidential executive support to the CEO, managing their office, communications, and stakeholder relationships. As well as providing support to the Group Director of Corporate Services with administrative tasks such as credit card reconciliation. The PA coordinates Board and Subsidiary Board governance activities, including agendas, papers, confidential minutes, and portal administration. The post-holder will manage complex correspondence, organisational records, budgets, policies, and key administrative systems while supporting the Chief Executive, Senior Management Team, and Board Members. In addition, the role leads on projects, events, corporate communications support, and continuous improvement of administrative practices across the organisation.
