The Role:
* Support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme
* Maintain high standards of health & safety on site
* Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with specifications
* Assist with site documentation, reporting, and progress updates
* Communicate effectively with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
The Person:
* Trades background with a strong understanding of construction processes
* Previous experience in a supervisory or junior management role is desirable
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
* Flexibility to travel across NI and ROI as required
