The Role:
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximise customer retention and revenue
* Generate leads through networking, research, and proactive outreach
* Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
* Work closely with senior management to develop and implement sales growth strategies
The Person:
* 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Good negotiation and persuasion skills
* Ideally from a technical, construction, engineering, or building services background
