Introduction

Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to drive recruitment for key operational roles—such as warehouse staff, Managers, customer service and maintenance engineers—while also supporting professional hiring when needed. Looking ahead, this position has the potential to expand into a European-wide scope, giving you the chance to broaden your impact across borders.

As a hybrid position, you’ll enjoy a flexible mix of home-based work and time spent at our sites, with the closest site being Hams-hall. You’ll have real autonomy over your travel schedule and will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service—from intake meetings with hiring managers to sourcing, screening and onboarding top talent.

As part of our European Talent Acquisition team, you’ll.

1. Partner with hiring managers across the UK to recruit for roles in Operations (warehouse, transport, maintenance)

2. Collaborate with human resources leadership and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies that promote diversity and ensure best practices

3. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies that build top talent pipeline and enable meeting current and forecasted regional needs

4. You will play a critical role in developing our employer brand by making sure that hiring managers and candidates receive a high-quality recruitment service

5. Use our CRM Phenom to manage your pipelines and reporting

What are we looking for?

6. Be comfortable in generating candidates using Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed or other job boards as well as attending recruitment events

7. Previous experience managing operational recruitment within warehousing, logistics or transport would be highly beneficial as well as volume recruitment

8. Enjoy building relationships with candidates and hiring managers

9. Screen candidates to ensure we are introducing great candidates that is a culture fit to our business

10. Experience in managing your workload through recruitment systems ( Workday or Phenom would be advantageous)

11. Be able to create and maintain various reports relating to the recruitment process

12. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written

13. Ability to work remotely and be self-driven to complete tasks without supervision

14. Drivers license and your own car
