Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive / Administrator for a part‑time, on‑site role based in Stoke‑on‑Trent. This unique position operates Friday to Monday, 9:45 am - 5:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing day‑to‑day sales activities and customer inquiries
* Maintaining customer databases and processing sales orders
* Coordinating with team members and scheduling appointments
* Preparing sales reports and administrative documentation
* Assisting with property demonstrations and customer handovers
* Conducting pre‑handover quality checks to ensure homes meet our high standards
* Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Essential Requirements
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Experience in sales and administrative tasks
* Proficiency in office software and database management
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Availability to work weekends
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience in the housing or construction industry
* Additional qualifications in sales or business administration
