Overview
Sales Executive role at Vertu Motors plc – Vertu BMW Sunderland. This role offers a basic salary of £22,000 with the opportunity to earn significant commission that can deliver earnings well in excess of the on-target level of £43,000.
You will work a 40-hour week (five 8-hour shifts), with most Saturdays as part of the schedule, and a guaranteed day off during the week. The business is closed on Sundays.
Responsibilities
* Guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car buying experience, from the first point of contact to the final handshake, and manage the end-to-end customer journey.
* Represent a prestigious automotive brand known for quality and innovation, delivering a premium customer experience and ensuring successful onboarding and training.
* Participate in full training and onboarding to maximize earning potential and job success.
* Work to achieve sales targets and contribute to the dealership team’s success.
Requirements
* Currently working as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry (minimum 12 months)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
* Full UK driving licence (Manual and Automatic)
