We’re hiring a Head of Estates to join MBNL’s Infrastructure & Estates leadership team, one of the most critical roles shaping the future of the UK’s mobile network.
Reporting directly to the Director of Infrastructure & Estates, you’ll lead the strategy and delivery of our nationwide estates portfolio, ensuring the right sites are secured, retained, and optimised to support network resilience, expansion, and customer experience for EE/BT and VodafoneThree.

Responsibilities of the Head of Estates include:
* Own end-to-end estates strategy across acquisition, retention, renewal, and exit
* Lead responses to notices to quit and drive solutions that minimise service disruption
* Ensure regulatory, legal, and safety compliance across the portfolio
* Optimise CAPEX/OPEX and maximise commercial value
* Drive governance, standards, and continuous improvement
* Influence policy, legislation, and industry direction
The successful Head of Estates will have:
* Senior estates/property leader with large-scale portfolio experience
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence at executive level
* Proven leadership of high-performing teams
* Deep knowledge of estates strategy in complex, regulated environments
Bonus experience
* Electronic Communications Code, planning law, and legal precedent expertise
* Infrastructure or asset management background
