Human Resources Administrator Location: Vitacress Salads | St Mary Bourne | Andover Hours: 40 Hours Monday – Friday, Onsite. Salary: Up to £31,500. Type: Permanent People matter. You’ll bring clarity, fairness, and a human touch to the moments that matter, because you believe HR should feel real, grounded, and genuinely helpful. You’ll be the first point of contact for managers and employees who need supportive, practical HR support. You’ll guide people through policies and processes, helping them make good choices and keeping things consistent, fair, and compliant. You’ll keep our HR systems sharp, our documentation accurate, and our case records up‑to‑date so we’re always audit‑ready. You’ll coordinate the day‑to‑day flow of HR activity, supporting performance, absence, recruitment, welfare, and everything in between. You’ll prepare the HR information managers rely on, work closely with Occupational Health, and keep our HR case management log running smoothly. You’ll also play your part in supporting our VitaVoice reps, Trade Union meetings, and agency labour audits. You can do thisIf you understand HR processes, know your way around employment legislation, and love helping managers do the right thing, you’ll thrive here. You’re comfortable working with different personalities, advising on tricky situations, and meticulous about accuracy. You enjoy being part of a hardworking HR team and you’re not fazed by shifting priorities, deadlines, or the occasional cold trip into the factory.
