New Homes Sales Executive – Milton Keynes\nOTE £50,000 | Exceptional Bonus Package | Genuine Career Progression\n\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a New Homes Sales Executive to join a well-established estate agency working in partnership with a developer on a high-quality residential development in Milton Keynes.\n\nThis is a long-term opportunity on a multi-phase scheme, with a clear five-year development pipeline, offering genuine stability and progression. The successful candidate will be encouraged to make the role their own, contribute ideas and grow with the business as the site evolves.\n\nThe Role\nYou will be responsible for selling new homes on site, delivering an exceptional customer experience and managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion.\n\nWorking hours\n\n * \n\n 10am – 5pm, 5 days per week\n\n * \n\n Weekend working required, with one full weekend off per month\n\n * \n\n Some flexibility on working days where possible\n\nEarnings & Benefits\n\n * \n\n On Target Earnings of £50,000 (dependent on performance)\n\n * \n\n Excellent and achievable bonus structure\n\n * \n\n Genuine career progression\n\n * \n\n Long-term opportunity across multiple phases\n\nAbout You\nPrevious experience in property sales is not essential, however some knowledge of property or sales ...
