HR Manager Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 Based in Southwark Office Based - after probation - Hybrid (4 days in the office, Friday working from home) An award-winning architecture practice is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full HR function across its UK and Poland studios. Working with a 200-strong team, this is a senior, hands-on role partnering closely with the Board and Senior Management Team to align people strategy with business objectives, ensure compliance with employment legislation, and promote a positive, high-performing and supportive workplace across the practice.
