JOB ROLE: HR Administrator - Immediate Start HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (full time onsite) SALARY: £13 - £14 p/h (DOE) DURATION: 3 months initially LOCATION: Lewes - Car Driver Essential due to location DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: Transferring confidential employment data into new system Ensuring all data is up to date applying high attention to detail Transfer contracts, right to work and other confidential documents into employee files Running reports on HR systems to identify any gaps that have not been completed within the system and updating where required Support in any HR email where required by the HR team for any additional supportSKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: Strong administrative experience Very good accuracy and attention to detail Ability to hit the ground running with little guidance Forward thinking, proactive and ability to use initiative Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Understand handling confidential information Able to work as part of a team but also independentlyNext steps: Apply today, the client is looking for someone to interview and start immediately!
