Sales Executive - B2B Sales / Telesales / Business Development
A growing yet well‑established company that distributes its products UK‑wide is expanding its B2B sales team and is looking for a Sales Executive with proven B2B sales experience. Suited to someone who is target‑focused and happy to be on the phone and focus on account development and account growth.

* Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm; Friday 8.30am to 1pm
* Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 - OTE c£27,000

Key Responsibilities
* Generate new B2B business and account growth through outbound calls, targeting clients and successfully targeting leads into sales
* Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts, focusing on account management, account growth, and customer retention
* Deliver sales revenue growth through upselling, cross‑selling, and order value maximisation
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
* Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to closing, order processing, and account management
* Build strong client relationships with decision‑makers to support long‑term relationships and ongoing business
* Accurately record all sales activity on the CRM
* Handle inbound B2B enquiries with a commercial mindset, aiming to convert queries into sales
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in a B2B sales environment, ideally within telesales, internal sales, account management, or business development
* Strong background in outbound B2B sales, with experience in closing sales over the phone
* Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
* Confident, persuasive communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly with business clients
* Target‑driven, resilient, and motivated to exceed sales goals
* Commercially aware with a focus on revenue growth and customer lifetime value
* Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to business development and account management
