Learning Mentor
Position: Immediate openings in Primary Schools and Tuition Centres
Location: Swindon
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Learning Mentor for Children with Additional Needs. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the educational and personal development of children who require extra assistance due to various learning challenges. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualised academic support tailored to the specific needs of each child.
* Assist children in understanding concepts, completing assignments, and developing effective study skills.
* Offer emotional support, creating a safe space for children to express themselves and build confidence.
* Set achievable goals and milestones with children, tracking progress and celebrating successes.
* Advocate for the rights and needs of children with additional needs within the educational system.
* Liaise with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to support.
* Empower children to become more independent learners and develop essential life skills.

* Salary: £85 - 95 per day
* Hours: Full-Time and Part Time contracts available
