Edu-Action is an Alternative Learning Provision supporting young people that are not in full-time mainstream education. Students may demonstrate challenging behavior or have a range of additional needs. We provide one-to-one mentoring, learning activities and enrichment so that students can return to a suitable full-time educational setting.
This role involves building a rapport with students while planning and delivering educational sessions. The role would suit Teachers looking for opportunities outside of the classroom, Higher level teaching assistants or creative individuals that wish to be trained to provide Alternative learning through an ASDAN curriculum. Learning Mentors will receive a daily budget and all expenses will be reimbursed including fuel.
Candidates must have a full clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential. We can offer both full-time and UK school term-time contracts either 9am-3pm or 9am-4:30pm
