Looking for a Site Manager to join a leading Property services company on a Reactive repairs and adaptations contract in Oldbury
Offering a competitive salary of up to GBP46k +car allowance and benefits
* We are after an established Site Manager who has a track record of delivering similar projects within social housing ideally in responsive and planned works
* Manage Sub:Contractors and Suppliers to ensure quality control is maintained
* Work closely with RLOs and wider team to ensure satisfaction and quality
* Carefully review all work orders and specification and ensure tenants are well informed of works
* Attend pre and post:inspection works and advise on appropriate action
You will need:
* Previous Site Management experience in Social Housing ideally Reactive or Planned repairs
* Hold a valid SMSTS, First aid and CSCS card
* UK Driving licence is essential
