About you
* Accurately input and manage data using spreadsheets and internal systems.
* Maintain and update records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Liaise with clients confidently via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
* Support general office administration, including filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
* Assist with any additional administrative tasks as required to support the wider team.
What you'll do
* Accurately input and validate large volumes of data, performing basic error-checking and consistency reviews
* Manage and track your own caseload, ensuring all records are up to date and processed within required timeframes
* Support team objectives through collaborative case management and workload sharing
* Handle customer queries - including complex or difficult situations - with professionalism and empathy
* Maintain accurate documentation and records across internal systems and databases
* Provide general administrative support including filing, correspondence, and document preparation
