The role:
Reporting directly to the leadership team, you'll have full responsibility for the HR agenda while also supporting broader business operations. My client is looking for a standalone HR Manager to take the lead on people, culture, and operational support as the business continues to grow.
The main responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing professional advice to managers and employees.
2. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks that reflect best practice and support a positive culture.
3. Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns, from drafting job descriptions and managing agencies to onboarding and induction.
4. Design and embed onboarding and development processes to support employee retention and engagement.
