One of the UK’s leading manufacturers based in Dudley is looking for a Quality Manager to join their ever-growing, friendly team.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for all aspects of quality across the company, liaising with all departments including purchasing to ensure the quality of goods received from suppliers, as well as with production staff to monitor and report on the quality of production items.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create, establish, manage, and audit the Quality Management System, quality procedures, standards, and policies
* Inspect incoming goods and report back to suppliers
* Implement procedures in production, including the inspection of manufactured goods
* Monitor manufacturing techniques to ensure best practices and optimize margins
* Monitor Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and implement corrective actions
* Liaise with other managers and staff; provide training, tools, and techniques to achieve quality standards
What We’re After:
* Proven experience managing QMS and conducting internal audits
* Experience with ISO 9001:2015
* Experience working in Quality within a manufacturing environment
* Previous management experience
* Computer literacy
* Experience with CRM systems
* Ability to facilitate, implement, and manage change
