Base pay range

Artis HR is recruiting for a vibrant, fast-paced People Administrator role within a dynamic financial services firm. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a friendly, approachable style. You’ll manage key parts of the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, and support People-centred projects, all while keeping all systems accurate and compliant. If you’re ambitious, organised, and eager to grow your career in HR, this could be the perfect fit.


Responsibilities

You’ll manage essential People processes with precision and efficiency, handling everything from onboarding and offboarding to employee updates, compliance vetting, and system data integrity. Serving as a dependable first point of contact for queries, you’ll deliver clear, friendly guidance and ensure smooth employee experiences. You’ll also provide project support across initiatives like HR systems updates and process improvements, working closely with teams such as Payroll & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.
