As a Customer Engagement Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. You will work closely with clients and project teams to create innovative business applications that enhance customer experiences and streamline operations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
2. Design, develop, and implement solutions inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CEusing JavaScript, C#, Power Automate, and plugins.
3. Extend D365 CE functionality using Power Platform, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and Azure services.
4. Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and third-party systems using Dataverse, APIs, and Azure Logic Apps.
5. Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers and guiding best practices in development and solution architecture.
6. Work closely with functional consultants to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation of business requirements.
7. Conduct code reviews, system testing, and troubleshoot complex issues.
8. Stay up to date with Microsoft’s roadmap, new features, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in solution delivery.
9. Skills & Experience
10. Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Developer at a senior consultant level.
·Strong proficiency in:
·Dynamics 365 customization and configuration
·JavaScript, C#, .NET Framework
·Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
·Plugin and custom workflow activity development
·REST APIs and web services
·Azure Function Apps
11. Experience integrating with external systems using Dataverse, APIs, and Azure integration services.
12. Deep understanding of Dataverse, security models, and governance best practices.
13. Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
14. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
15. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
16. Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and CRM processes, with hands-on experience configuring and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service). You will work with clients to understand their requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery that drives business value.
