Working primarily on our Mobile App or integrating into our Partner Mobile App’s, you will have the opportunity to work on a product that is readily available in the App store and on Google Play to over 3 million existing users.We are looking for a Backend Developer with experience using PHP and Symfony that will work in an Agile team to provide technical support, and delivery of product solutions for our backend Platform by adopting our Engineering best practices. Someone that will be passionate about building a Product, and working with Frontend Engineers to deliver the workload sprints. Primarily focused on the Backend Platform, the position will assist in refinement of all aspects of product development with a strong focus on Backend and Quality. You will be responsible for helping in the success of a sprint as part of the SDLC, by ensuring the sprint remains unblocked.Engineering is both a discipline and a mindset. With the use of PHP 8, the ideal candidate will be able to come in and help us apply best industry practices in development, understanding of architecture, follow coding standards, and ideally with a TDD mindset.
