We require strong capability in action tracking, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and KPI development. We need expert-level proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration. We are looking for experience managing and developing teams of QA professionals. We require candidates to meet applicable security and export control restrictions, including Baseline Personnel Security Standard and any higher-level National Security Vetting requirements where applicable. Responsibilities: We lead end-to-end Quality Assurance across complex programmes in a nuclear licensed environment. We provide strong governance, regulatory compliance, and independent oversight. We manage and develop a team of QA professionals. We assure internal and third-party services, including digital and IT solutions, through structured assurance, verification, validation, and UAT. We maintain ISO 9001 certification and lead recertification activities. We oversee supplier and third-party assurance arrangements across Infrastructure and Digital. We ensure compliance with nuclear regulatory requirements and licence conditions. We promote a strong quality and safety culture across programmes. We influence and engage senior stakeholders to drive quality outcomes. We ensure all products, systems, and services are fit for purpose, compliant, and safe for operational use. We lead reporting and KPI/metrics ownership for the IC&P scope of work.
