About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to play a key role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent across a variety of functions and levels, including niche and senior positions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and uses data and market insights to shape sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand short- and long-term hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Conduct research into talent availability, competitor hiring activity, and market trends to guide sourcing strategies.
• Develop creative sourcing plans using multiple channels such as Boolean searches, databases, events, networking, and market insights.
• Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through tailored outreach and manage ongoing candidate communications.
• Pre-screen and assess candidates before passing suitable profiles to recruiters.
• Prioritise an excellent candidate experience and represent the business as an employer of choice.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Track and analyse sourcing effectiveness and share insights with stakeholders to improve hiring outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ sourcing experience across varied industries and functions.
• Strong English language skills; an additional European language is a plus.
• Proven ability to engage passive talent and achieve high acceptance rates.
• Strong understanding of market trends, sourcing innovations, and best practices.
• Creativity and tenacity in building qualified candidate pipelines for challenging roles.
• Ability to synthesise information quickly and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• High integrity, discretion, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
