Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Executive based in St Ives. In this role, you will engage directly with customers to understand their needs, provide detailed information about vehicle options, and deliver personalized recommendations. You will manage the full sales process, including conducting test drives, negotiating deals, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing journey. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of product updates, promotions, and industry trends to meet sales targets and contribute to the dealership’s overall success.
Qualifications
* Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
* Persuasive sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
* Knowledge of automotive products, particularly Toyota and Lexus vehicles, is advantageous but not required.
* Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customers and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Self‑motivation and the ability to work well independently while supporting overall team goals.
* A valid driver’s license is required.
* Previous experience in sales or a customer‑focused role is desirable.
