Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Catering Manager to lead our school kitchen, delivering high quality meals for both students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily catering operations and food preparation.
* Plan healthy menus to meet school food standards.
* Manage and supervise catering staff.
* Control budgets, stock and ordering.
* Ensure high standards of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness.
Requirements
* Must have an enhanced DBS registered on the online updated service.
* Experience working in a school.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
