We have a fantastic opportunity to join our amazing on-site HR team for a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract.


Our HR team may be small but we are mighty. If you are looking for a role which is fast-paced in an environment of change and are driven to treat others how they want to be treated this may be the role for you.


We are launching new people programmes during 2026 and are looking for someone with the skills, experience and drive to support our HR team on the journey.



Description

Purpose of the Role

To provide administrative and clerical support to the HR team, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements enabling delivery of the Group and site People plan


Key Responsibilities

* Administrative Support
* Maintain accurate personnel records.
* Support production of operational metrics for senior team review
* Administrator of SAP success factors - People Learn programme.
* Support absence and wellbeing initiatives.
* Other HR admin duties as required.
* Compliance and Reporting
* Assist in monitoring compliance with HR policies and procedures
* Communication
* Communicate with all levels on site
* Data Management
* Maintain SAP (success factors) electronic and paper filing systems for personnel records.
* Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all records.


Skills and Competencies

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience of SAP Success Factors data entering and reporting.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Good communication skills (written and verbal).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Qualifications

* GCSEs or equivalent
* Administrative experience is desirable
* Prior HR admin experience is desirable but not essential.
