Purpose of the Role
To provide administrative and clerical support to the HR team, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements enabling delivery of the Group and site People plan
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Support
* Maintain accurate personnel records.
* Support production of operational metrics for senior team review
* Administrator of SAP success factors - People Learn programme.
* Support absence and wellbeing initiatives.
* Other HR admin duties as required.
* Compliance and Reporting
* Assist in monitoring compliance with HR policies and procedures
* Communication
* Communicate with all levels on site
* Data Management
* Maintain SAP (success factors) electronic and paper filing systems for personnel records.
* Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all records.
Skills and Competencies
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience of SAP Success Factors data entering and reporting.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Good communication skills (written and verbal).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
* GCSEs or equivalent
* Administrative experience is desirable
* Prior HR admin experience is desirable but not essential.
