HR Administrator Location: Office-based, Milton Keynes Hours: MondayFriday, 37.5 hours per week (between 8am6pm; flexibility required) Contract: Full-time, Temp to perm Overview Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to provide efficient administrative support to their HR department. This role is key to ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to a positive employee experience across the business. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in line with company policies and legal requirements. Support the onboarding and induction process for new starters, including preparing documentation and coordinating induction activities. Assist with the administration of employee benefits, such as private medical schemes, cycle to work and childcare vouchers. Respond to HR-related queries from employees and managers in a professional and timely manner. Support the HR team with policy, procedure and compliance administration. Assist in preparing HR reports and data for internal use and statutory requirements. Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal colleagues and external suppliers. Participate in HR audits, ensuring all processes are documented and kept up to date. Attend team and cross-functional meetings as required. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function. Key Performance Indicators Accuracy and timeliness of HR administration and documentation.
