A fast-paced international business based in the heart of the West End is looking for a HR Administrator to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis, starting immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build broad HR experience within a collaborative and professional environment. They are looking for an immediate start and are paying £15-£18/hour (equivalent to around £30,000-£35,000 per annum). The role is in office 4 days a week, with one day wfh. What you'll do: Support the day-to-day running of the HR function across the full employee lifecycle Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, probation reviews and benefits administration Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRIS system Collate payroll changes and liaise with payroll providers and Finance Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and external recruiters Provide support on HR projects, policies and wider people initiatives Assist with HR administration across international entities as required Who you are: You have 1–2 years’ HR or administrative experience within a fast-paced professional environment Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Professional, proactive and able to handle confidential information with discretion Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ideally have exposure to a HRIS CIPD qualified or studying towards would be advantageous REF: JC182706 Tiger is B Corp Certified.
