We're looking for a hands-on, organised, and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to oversee client relationships and service delivery within their dedicated region. About the Role As Customer Service Manager, you will act as the frontline liaison between the business and its healthcare clients. Your core responsibilities will involve managing site relationships, conducting linen stock checks, addressing service issues, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain a high standard of delivery.
