Fawkes & Reece are seeking an experienced Finishing /Snagging Site Manager with a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects for Tier 1 contractors, with particular expertise in fit-out works. This is a high-profile £40m plus construction project currently entering its final stages, with completion scheduled for for up to 5 months work with expected completion due August 2026. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the project through to handover. We are looking for a hands-on Site Manager who can confidently manage finishing trades, coordinate subcontractors, uphold quality and safety standards, and lead the project through snagging, commissioning, and final sign-off.
