About the Role:
We’re looking for an inspirational and experienced Quality Manager to lead on key aspects of quality assurance, quality improvement, and intervention strategies. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our quality culture and helping staff deliver excellent education across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement robust quality assurance processes that support excellence in curriculum delivery.
2. Drive quality improvement plans through analysis of performance data, audits, and feedback mechanisms.
3. Support managers and teaching staff via targeted intervention work, coaching, and mentoring to raise standards.
4. Play a central role in Ofsted preparation, curriculum reviews, and the promotion of best practices.
5. Collaborate across teams to embed a shared commitment to high expectations and continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in quality management within an FE or education setting.
* Thorough understanding of Ofsted frameworks, curriculum standards, and quality cycles.
* Passionate about transforming teaching and learning through effective quality systems.
* Relevant teaching qualification with a strong grasp of curriculum design and delivery.
