HR Manager, Guiseley, Leeds Hybrid (2 days work from home) £50,000-£55,000 Permanent role, 35 hours per week HR Recruit are currently seeking an experienced HR Professional for our SME in the financial services sector. Our newly created role will report directly into the Finance Director and will support the company during an exciting phase of rapid growth. Role Responsibilities Ensure full compliance with UK employment law and internal policies. Manage sensitive employee relations cases including grievances and disciplinary actions. Monthly payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payments. (Processing is completed by finance) Manage pension schemes and liaise with providers to ensure compliance and employee understanding. Ensure all statutory reporting and documentation is completed accurately. Lead starter and leaver processes including onboarding, induction, exit interviews, and offboarding documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across all HR systems. Manage the SAGE HR portal, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience. Manage HR projects including policy development, training programmes, and change initiatives. Person Specification Previous HR experience is a must. Proven experience in a senior HR role with strategic and operational responsibilities. Strong knowledge of UK employment law, payroll, pensions, and HR systems. Experience managing SAGE HR or similar platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Hands on with a can-do attitude The client has a small office in London so you will be required to travel to the office one day each month. This role would suit an experienced HR Manager or HR Advisor looking for their next move. In return, you will receive a salary of between £50,000-£55,000.
